2. Orders and Payments

• 2.1. All orders are subject to availability.
• 2.2. We accept payments through secure payment gateways. Payment must be received before an order is processed.
• 2.3. Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

3. No Returns Policy

• 3.1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• 3.2. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• 4.1. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• 4.2. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by their country.
• 4.3. Orders cannot be altered once they have been placed. If shipping address is incorrect, the customer has 24 hours to contact IMPERIAL VZN.
• 4.4. IMPERIAL VZN does not accept orders for PO Box addresses. Orders with PO Box addresses will be cancelled once made aware of.
