Shipping policy

 


Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business working days. Unless an item in your order is on pre-order or has a high order dispatch time. These notes can be found under the price on the product pages for each item.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business working day.


Domestic Shipping
We offer the following options at checkout:

Tracked Royal Mail delivery 2-5 business working days from dispatch (£3.99)

Tracked DPD delivery 2-3 business working days from dispatch (£5.99)

Next working day delivery 1-2 business days from dispatch (£6.99)

For next working day delivery, order by 3pm Monday - Thursday to receive it the next business working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day and orders placed after 3pm on Friday or on weekends will be dispatched on the next business working day (Monday). 

PLEASE NOTE: There may be occasions where the next working day delivery is not available and may be temporarily disabled as an option at checkout. Any orders that include items on pre-order will have a longer dispatch time than usual. The pre-order dispatch times are available to view on the product page under each item. There is no UK delivery or dispatch on UK bank holidays and public holidays.


International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processes.

We offer the following delivery options at checkout:

International tracked delivery

Estimate that delivery for this service can take between 5 – 15 business working days.

PLEASE NOTE: This can sometimes be delayed by customs or other factors that are out of our control so this is not a guaranteed delivery period. 

If an order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK, additional import fees may need to be paid in order to release your parcel. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Any orders that include items on pre-order will have a longer dispatch time than usual. The pre-order dispatch times are available to view on the product page under the price of each item. There is no dispatch on UK bank holidays and public holidays.

We are not currently able to deliver orders to PO or BPO boxes. The only exception to this is the UAE. 

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email to monitor delivery status.


Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at imperialvzn@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


Duties & Taxes
We ship our packages DDU (Duties Delivered Unpaid). If an order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK, additional import fees may need to be paid in order to release your parcel. Unfortunately, we will not be held responsible for any additional fees due to your country’s import laws. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

PLEASE NOTE: If these fees aren’t paid by the customer and the order is safely returned to us, customers will be refunded the original order amount less postage fees and any additional duty and handling fees incurred. We cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels or delayed parcels that are not safely delivered back to us that are a result or rejected parcels or failed customs and taxes payment attempts.
